Hunger Fullness Scale

Print out a copy & stick it on your fridge or in your wallet to remind yourself to check in- “Am I really hungry or actually happily full and satisfied?” Writing down your thoughts and emotions on either side of the scale will help you realize that you might not be physically hungry, but actually emotionally or spiritually hungry.
