It Might Be Time To…

Webster’s dictionary defines mindset as a habitual or characteristic mental attitude that determines how you interpret and respond to situations. Mindset is your beliefs, feelings, and values, wrapped into one. The REAL Skinny about your mindset is that it is the driving force behind your behaviors!

All the information in the world about eating healthy, exercise, hunger and fullness, satiety, and on and on will not help you, if your mindset won’t support the changes you want to make. Your mindset cannot be different than the results you want.

Mindset cannot be taught, only changed by challenging what you believe to be true about your approach, your body, and yourself. Only you know your mindset and only you can make the changes to support your growth and success.

So, I challenge you today to look at your mindset and ask, is it helping me to create the changes I want or is it sabotaging my efforts?

Mindset is a powerful force. You own the power to determine what it will be. It’s time to get REAL with your Skinny. Own it. Live it. Love it.
