Don't Exercising..

Using the scale to motivate you won’t work for the long haul. In fact, studies show that not only will the scale not work as a positive motivator, relying on it can actually create resistance to your desire to exercise.  

 Our bodies are at their best when they are active. Learning to nourish your body with movement “just because it feels good” is a strong intrinsic motivator that lasts. Move, have fun, enjoy, feel good = happy, healthy, REAL with your Skinny motivation that works!
