Stop Trying..

A weekly message to strengthen your CORE and develop your resolve.
Apr 10, 2013

Stop Trying… to be everything to everybody, to be perfect, to follow someone else’s plan, to try to make everybody happy, to define your worth by the scale or your clothes size, to be good enough, to do it all, or to find the answer outside of yourself.

… your authentic self, your true hunger, your CORE, your needs, your purpose, your power, your instincts, your intuition, and that all you need is found within you.
If you can’t seem to understand why things aren’t working, it’s because you are trying to find the answer. Trying is stressful. It makes things hard and overwhelming. Trusting changes all of that. It is your calm in the storm of daily life. Trusting makes sense and makes it all come together. You know the answer; trust yourself to follow your intuition. You know it always works out when you do.
Take a minute to find your REAL Skinny and connect with your true self. Nothing is more powerful.

Apple CoreFood for Thought

“The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift. We will not solve the problems of the world from the same level of thinking we were at when we created them. More than anything else, this new century demands new thinking: We must change our analyses of the world around us to include broader, more multidimensional perspectives.”

~ Albert Einstein

  1. Wonderful blog! Do you have any recommendations for aspiring writers?
I’m planning to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost on everything.
Would you propose starting with a free platform like WordPress or
go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m completely confused .. Any suggestions? Kudos!

    • Hi there! Our biggest advice would be to stay true to yourself! Definitely start with a free platform such as WordPress to get the hang of it. Keep your posts consistent and write about what you love! Stay REAL with yourself and your website will be a knockout! Good Luck!
