You will never find the time to manage your stress, eat better, exercise, or feel happy. You must create the time and the life you want. Good health and well being don’t just happen, they happen because you commit to making them happen.
Your commitment to yourself and your well being determine your priorities, which ultimately determine how you structure your hours, your days, and your weeks. Commitment is a decision to work at your well being even when you don’t want to. Commitment is about working through the good days and the not so good days and coming out the other side stronger. Commitment is about letting go of what doesn’t work and moving forward with what does. It’s about letting go, setting boundaries and knowing what you need. It’s about learning, loving, and growing. Commitment is an inside job that starts at the CORE of who we are and works its way into our everyday actions.
