Too Much, Too Often

A weekly message to strengthen your CORE and develop your resolve.

Where do you think the majority of extra calories in our diet come from?
Too Much, Too Often If you’re like most people you are probably thinking sugars, sodas, fried foods, or added fats. But surprisingly, it’s not a particular food or group at all. It’s actually our bad habits that are adding the extra calories and packing on the pounds. A recent study done by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics showed that the extra calories we eat come from eating too much and too often! In other words we are eating when we aren’t hungry and continuing to eat even when we are full.
Am I physically hungry? Do I need to fuel my body? Am I full? Do I need more to eat or do I just want to eat more? Use these questions to focus your needs from your CORE this week.
As you stay true to your body’s needs you’ll notice your portion sizes shrink and your snacking habits subside… keeping you REAL with your Skinny on the inside and out!
