What does REAL success look like to you?
If you are thinking a number on the scale or a clothing size, you may end up spinning circles around those elusive numbers. A little up, a little down…a lot of up, not so much down. Frustrated, disappointed, tirelessly chasing the numbers…

No matter how much we try, we will never have direct control over these measures. They are a result of our eating and a symptom of our problem.
It’s not easy to shift your definition of success away from a number – It’s the focus in advertising, media, commercial programs, even at the water cooler….yes, it’s everywhere. Maybe it’s why we spend billions of dollars every year on weight management and the number of overweight people in our country continues to climb. We are focused on fixing the symptom, not the problem.
When I struggled with my weight, I focused on trying to fix my weight problem. Makes sense right? Wrong!! It wasn’t until I started focusing on regulating my eating (notice I didn’t say food!!) that things really started to change. I felt more in control of myself, my eating, and my weight number took care of itself. Regulating your eating is the leverage point that changes everything!
Ready to experience REAL success?
Focus on the problem, not the symptom…it’s where you will find REAL
