If you don’t really, really, really love it…don’t eat it
Buy yourself a treat that you really, really, really love and enjoy
it on Halloween night while everyone else eats all the other stuff
Sit down, relax and savor every delicious bite
Don’t let the candy jump into your mouth before you even realize it’s there!
