Eating too much candy at Halloween is the REAL Scary!
Don’t be tricked with all the treats around you. Here are a few REAL with your Skinny secrets to help you manage the candy gremlins: 


Don’t buy candy that calls your name!

Eat only what you really, really, really, love! 

If you don’t really, really, really love it…don’t eat it


Buy yourself a treat that you really, really, really love and enjoy

it on Halloween night while everyone else eats all the other stuff

Sit down, relax and savor every delicious bite


Don’t let the candy jump into your mouth before you even realize it’s there!

Pay Attention & check in with yourself  


Don’t lose sight of what you are working for:

Healthy and Happy feels so much better than eating 50 tootsie rolls!
