The Power is in the Process!

A weekly message to strengthen your CORE and develop your resolve.

November 13, 2013

Focusing your efforts on the day to day process and not your end goal is one of the most powerful ways to create the success you want! Focusing your energy on the practice of new skills builds consistency in the behaviors and confidence in self. Over time this creates a seamless transformation of mind and body.
Without fail, the biggest problem that occurs with an end goal focus is the power struggle and fight with self. These internal struggles create restlessness, frustration and impatience with the process. Focusing on your end results also makes you prone to judgment, nitpicking and negativity. Suddenly every small mistake becomes a barrier which sabotages your success.  Power in your hands!
What you miss by focusing on the result is being present in the process. When you’re immersed in the process, you’re simply learning, doing and practicing. And learning, doing, and practicing produces the results we want! It allows an ease and flow in achieving your goals!
Make the process your goal! Stay present and enjoy the journey!!
