Strong is the REAL Skinny!
When I say strong, I’m not talking about spending hours at the gym lifting weights to sculpt your body to look a certain way… I’m talking about The REAL Skinny Strong:*    The strong that comes from being comfortable in your own skin.
*    The strong that says we define our bodynot the media, culture
      or fashion.
*    The strong that comes from listening to ourselves and our body.
*    The strong that is centered on our values and our purpose.
*    The strong that knows taking care of yourself means mind and
body.

*    The strong that understands that letting go is not weak.
*    The strong that knows it’s all ok despite difficult circumstances.

Strong is at the CORE of who you are! Own it! Love it! Use it!
