Are you trying to be successful playing by someone else’s rules?

If so, it’s time to stop! Only when you take ownership of your needs will you find true and lasting success. You are the expert of you. Only you know what is best for you, your body and your eating. 
Is your eating style suited to your needs? Do you feel your best with 3 meals a day, or do you have more energy with 5 smaller meals? Do you need a snack in the afternoon, or do you prefer to wait until your evening meal to eat? 

There is not one right way to eat… there is only the way that works for
you and your body! Stop trying to play by “the” rules and start eating by your rules! It’s time to get REAL with your Skinny by trusting that YOU and only YOU know what is best for YOU!
