…Hunger and Fullness!
Weighing and measuring food, counting calories or trying to follow a strict meal plan doesn’t work for me. It never has and it never will. In fact, I’ve never really seen it work in the long term for anyone! I struggled for years with feelings of failure, thinking something was wrong with me because I believed that in order to be successful at weight management, I was suppose to stick to a diet or some type of rigid meal plan.

That was so yesterday….
Now, I regulate my eating with what I know to be true for me….my body’s own sensations of hunger and fullness. Yes, it’s built right in (your very own internal GPS!) My body guides me with how much I need to eat, when, and even what! It’s fool proof and the best part: I grow stronger and more confident in myself every day.
